Year 10 Child Studies

Year 10 Child Studies and Senior VET Childcare students have been investigating how play-based learning environments can encourage children to explore, improvise, imagine, solve problems and be challenged physically.

On Friday 2nd September, students put their knowledge and understanding into practice by hosting their first of two playgroup sessions. Children from Glenfield Goodstart Early Learning enjoyed a variety of activities prepared by our students including dancing, playdough, slime, craft, painting, solving puzzles, and building towers. Students are to be commended for their planning and organisation, as well as their positive interaction with the children. We would like to thank all the children and educators who attended.
