Principal's Report

Dear Parents,

It is not long before our big day, the 2019 FETE. Next week, 30 October we invite all stall holders and others to a very important meeting at 7pm in the staffroom. Please make sure you are able to attend. Remember, every dollar raised will go back to your children so please spread the word and feel free to invite neighbours, friends and extended family. 

SUMMER UNIFORM must be worn from now on. Term 4 means NO HAT NO PLAY. So please make sure your child has a hat and please, please write their name on it. 

I trust everyone has joined CAREMONKEY by now. If you haven't I would recommend you do so as all permission forms and notes will be sent via Caremonkey. 

Over the next few weeks we will be working on the 2020 Annual Action Plan. We will review the 2019 year before looking at the next stage of

learning. Our goal is to inspire learners to take responsibility for their learning through proper guidance from parents and teachers and to keep explicit teaching as our major focus. We will keep you informed of outcomes as they are developed.

Last week and yesterday we welcomed our Prep 2020 class to St. Mary's. It is always a wonderful opportunity to get to know the children and their families.  

Tomorrow night I invite families to attend a special Mass at 7.30pm to pray for Fr Shabin's mother.
