SPBL

Over the next few weeks our whole school SPBL focus is ‘We are respectful by using kind and considerate language’. At Galilee it is important we use kind words and actions with our peers, our teachers, all school staff, visitors and ourselves. Kind words and actions are a way to show respect.

At Galilee we want everyone to be treated respectfully so we do this by using positive words and actions. In class we will be learning about this expectation and how it looks. Teachers will be positively acknowledging this expectation in all school settings.

We would encourage you to have the conversation with your child(ren) about what respectful language and actions mean to you and what your expectations are. Working in partnership with our school parents and community provides children with consistency and promotes positive outcomes for children. As always, our approach is acknowledging all of the good choices that your children display at school, allowing for the development of a strong school community.
