2021 VPS HOUSE CROSS COUNTRY REPORT

Congratulations to all of our students in Grades 4, 5 and 6 who competed in the house cross country event on Thursday 29th April at Bailey Reserve. The sun was shining and we had the most beautiful day -- the best day in a long time! Students tried their best and cheered each other on. Everyone looked very colourful all day dressed up in their house colours.

Well done for your excellent behaviour, sportsmanship and efforts when running. The determination from our students while running to the finish line was amazing!

The overall house results were very close with only 5 points separating 2nd and 3rd place, and 56 points separating 1st and 2nd place.

VPS CROSS COUNTRY TEAM 2021

Well done to the students listed below, who will be competing at the MPSSA Cross Country Carnival at Dendy Park on Friday 21st May. We wish them good luck as they compete for Valkstone. The cross country team will be training by attending Running Club on Tuesdays at lunchtime on the oval and Friday mornings at 8:15 a.m. in the gym.
