As we continue to integrate more and more online tools into our everyday lives, it is important to understand the pros and cons of each product. 

These apps, programs and games come with age ratings and the safety page is a good place to find out why programs like Roblox come with parent controls, or TikTok has age restrictions.

Have a watch of the video below. This is a good way to think about your phone, computer and tablet. This is a good way to open the discussion about rules and safe device usage. There is a lot to unpack here, so don't be afraid to watch it in sections.
