Traffic Management

Due to building works commencing on L-wing and Phoenix over the school holidays we need to advise parents that there will be changed traffic conditions commencing Term 3. The drop off point that is currently located at the front of the school (adjacent to Flagpoles and Belfast stairs) will be closed off. This area will be inaccessible for drop off and pick up and closed off via temporary fencing. Parents and staff will need to take note of changed traffic conditions for parking and drop off. Coloured arrows will be painted on the ground and temporary bollards will be provided to guide members of the community through this area. A temporary drop off loop will be created further along the drive for those still wishing to access this. We are aware that this will create a degree of disruption and are hoping to minimise the impact on our families as much as possible. Student access to the courtyard between Phoenix and C-wing will also be reduced. Student access to the buildings will be maintained by providing adequate space between the buildings and the fencing of the compound in the courtyard.

Asbestos removal will also be occurring during the second week of the school holiday period. We wish to notify that there will be no access to the campus for any member of the community during this period. Air clearance certificates will be obtained before any students or staff return to campus.
