Meet the Teachers

I'm Andrew the Art Teacher and I've been teaching Art at BNWPS since 2014! I enjoy making stuff with my girls, walking the dog, listening to records, and reading on the couch.

I’m Kate. You’ll probably spot me around Brunswick with my two young boys. I’m at school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I teach Foundie Art as well as visit lots of classes for their teachers’ planning hour. 

Nama saya Ibu Kas. Saya punya tiga anak (I have three children). Mereka semua lebih tinggi daripada saya! (They are all taller than me!) My first ever teaching job was in a senior high school in the village of Kewapante on the island of Flores, Indonesia teaching chemistry and physics in Indonesian.

Selamat pagi! I'm Shalani. I have been a teacher at BNWPS for 8 years now. This is I've got the exciting role of Enviro Science/Indonesian teacher for the F-2 students! Another exciting thing is that I've got a baby on the way. New adventures for 2021, all 'round. 

I'm Ian, one of the environmental science teachers at BNWPS. I'm a keen gardener of course, and starting to feel like a taxi-driver/-rider with three of my own kids that have busy lives! My chooks are much less demanding... and provide delicious eggs for breakfast!

I'm Jack the Music & Performing Arts Teacher. I like to ride my bike, go to cafes on the weekend and play music with lots of different people!

I'm Tom the PE teacher. I love playing basketball, going rock climbing, and cooking delicious food from vegetables I grow in my garden.
