Vaping

In recent days we have had a small number of reports from members of the public about students in the area ‘vaping’. This seems to be a growing trend for secondary school students across the state.

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to engage in the use of e-cigarettes. The risks to student health are a major concern and something all parents should be aware of. Please spend a few moments learning more about this by following the below link.

In line with the College’s Drug Policy, vaping is considered in the same light as tobacco smoking. It is not permitted under any circumstances by a student wearing a St Bede’s College uniform.

  • Thursday 29 April (Day 4): Interviews will take place between 2.00pm and 7.30pm.
  • Friday 30 April (Day 5): Interviews will take place between 9.00am and 3.30pm.
