Stage 2 Pop Up Museum

Yesterday Stage 2 were very excited to open their ‘Pop Up Museum’ to the school community. This was a wrap of our History unit about Community and Change. We had an amazing variety of exhibits and wonderful backstories to go with them. The children completed written reports and then proved to be very knowledgeable curators; demonstrating how their item worked and/or providing explanations to their visitors.

We appreciate the children in the other stages coming to visit us and of course a special thank you to the parents and grandparents who came for a walk down memory lane. We hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did.

Lastly, thank you to the families of the Stage 2 children for supporting them in this assignment. This is another great example of families and school working together in partnership to support student learning.
