The Great Grade 2 Neighbourhood Scavenger Hunt

On Monday the 13th of September Grade 2 students completed a neighbourhood scavenger hunt…….Amazing Race style!

Students had 1 hour to find as many items as they could from the list below. At the end of the hour students tallied up their points and completed a task on Seesaw. A fun part of the challenge was making a sign for the event and putting it up in the front of the house for others to spot and connect us all. 

The Grade 2 teachers put together an ‘amazing’ video in the lead up to the day to create some suspense and engagement. Here is it for your enjoyment:
