School Photo Day!

School Photos will be taken the second week back after the holidays!

Each child should have received a personalised photography order flyer this week, with their own unique code for ordering.

Please advise your child's classroom teacher if they haven't received it.

School Fee Information

Fee Statements for the 2023 school year have been emailed.

Please check your Spam/Junk folder if it has not arrived in your Inbox and advise Cristina in the office if you have not received your statement.

If parents/carers would like to organise Direct Debit of school fees, please print and fill in the attached form or pick one up from the office and return it to Cristina.

Times for 2023

8.30am - GATES OPEN and classrooms open

8.45am - Gates close and learning begins 

11.00am - 11.40am RECESS time

1.30pm - Eating lunch inside 

1.40pm - 2.20pm LUNCH time 

3.20pm - School finish time 

Student Absences

It is a requirement that parents/carers notify the school if their child is sick or away.

A easy way to do this is through the SkoolBag App (see download instructions below). Absence Forms are listed under the tab 'EFORMS'.

Select your child's grade and digitally fill out and sign the form, which is emailed directly to your their teacher and the office.

Asthma (Action Plan) and Allergies

As we near the end of the school year, a friendly reminder to please ensure the school receives updated Asthma and/or Allergies Plans for 2023, along with Asthma medication and a Spacer or Epipen.

This needs to be signed by your child's medical professional, and may be forwarded via email to office@shpreston.catholic.edu.au or by dropping it into the office.
