RE News

Dear Sacred Heart Community,
HOLY WEEK REFLECTIONS
Thank you to parents and guardians who have been able to attend our Holy Week Reflections. Thanks also to the students and Marty, Beth, Amanda and Denise who have prepared the students to enact the events of Holy Week in different ways for us during the past week - it has been a beautiful and reverent way to recognise Holy Week. We will have Marie's 2/3 class present the Resurrection and Easter Sunday on the first day of Term 2.

CARITAS PROJECT COMPASSION
Many Thanks to all of our community for the generosity and support that has been shown for the Caritas Project Compassion campaign.
The final tally will be in next term's newsletter but I know that it was over $500 last week and for a small school that is amazing.
A message from Caritas
As we enter Holy Week, we continue to reflect on the lives of people vulnerable to extreme poverty and injustice and how we can respond through supporting Caritas Australia’s Project Compassion appeal.
Your generosity is the pebble that allows Caritas Australia to create the ripples that will improve the livelihoods of vulnerable communities, supporting them to flourish and create opportunities for future generations to live to their full potential. Thank you.
I wish you all a peaceful and joyful Easter and a relaxing break.
Take Care,
Kate Harris
