Would you be willing to come and talk to students about your career?
In Week 4 of Term 2 we will be celebrating National Careers Week at Trinity. This will involve a range of engaging and exciting activities, and one of them is going to be listening to members of our community discuss their career and how they got there.
A few weeks ago I wrote about NCW in our Newsletter and I was delighted to receive some volunteers who are excited to come in and share their journey with our students. The benefits of students hearing about a range of careers is that it could spark an interest in areas they didn't know existed, and it allows them to see a range of different careers that they might not be exposed to. This could form a lifelong memory for our students, as seeing a variety of options enables them to consider their interest and their future.
If you are willing to come in and talk to students I would love to hear from you. We can work around what times might work for you. If there is anyone you know who might be interested in doing this (they don't have to be from our Trinity community) please let me know.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
