to know.

Hope to see you there!!

FETE: THIS SATURDAY!!!!

Trinity Primary School Fete 1st April 9am to 3pm

Excitement is building with the fete just two days away. For many of you, your children and yourselves are helping out on the day and I want to say a warm heartfelt thank you to you all. The weather forecast is looking good for the day and I cannot wait to share what will be a wonderful day with you all.

Volunteers - Please read

Thanks to everyone who has volunteered to help at the fete this Saturday. From baking cookies, to manning stalls, to moving tables - all help is appreciated!

We still have a few spots to fill for things like ticket sales on the day. Attendees will purchase tickets at the gate then use these for currency for fete activities, so it is particularly important to have enough people on this stand. Could you please have a look at the roster (click for the link) either to volunteer for an hour or two, or to check when you are rostered on? If you have questions, email me: sallilloyd@yahoo.com.au

For those who have volunteered, please jump online tonight to register for your Working With Children Check (click for the link). Just nominate Trinity as your volunteer activity and your registration will automatically be sent to the school. These checks are an important part of the School's Child Safe Policy to keep everyone in the school environment safe.

When you arrive for your shift, check in with the teacher’s stand at the gate to collect your volunteer badge. We look forward to seeing you!

Class Stalls

The classes have been busy organising their stalls for the day.

Here is a rundown on the class stalls:

  • Miss Caitlin and Miss Rebecca’s classes are doing temporary tattoos.
  • Miss Rivas and Miss Brown's classes are doing the tombola jars, thanks to those who have made one. They are also concurrently running a lucky dip which has been decorated by Claudia.
  • Ms Maryanne and Mrs Recce's classes are making the fabulous Hairy Harry's and Harriette's.
  • Miss O'Connor and Mr Anania's classes are raising money for Project Compassion (CARITAS)  and will be selling popcorn, some of their art work and second hand books on the day.

Thank you,

Jenny Gill
