Debut Concert

Next Wednesday 22nd June, this year’s beginner students will present their debut concert. They have been working hard all term practicing their instruments and attending rehearsals and it’s great to see how much they’ve achieved in such a short time. The concert is free and will take place in the Theatrette in the Enterprise building from 6pm.

Instrumental Music Students & Ensemble 

All students participating in the Instrumental Music Program should have returned a Student Contract signed by their parent/guardian. These were due early in the year and give permission for students to come out of class for their lessons. Students who have not yet returned their contract will not be able to participate in their lessons until it has been returned.

The student contract also outlines that every member of the Instrumental Music Program is expected to participate in weekly rehearsals for a school ensemble (Concert Band, String Ensemble or Choir.) 

Do you want to learn an instrument?

It is never too late to start learning a musical instrument and we have a number available to hire at school. If you would like more information, see one of the music staff on level 1 of the Enterprise building.
