This week we decided it was time to learn more about two of our lovely cafe` ladies, Jo Marcon and Elissa Stillman. Here's their responses to the above questions:

 

Jo

  1. McDonalds
  2. Ford Cortina. I can’t remember the year, but it was blue
  3. Olives
  4. Depends on the whether, if it is summer, I love sunset. In winter, I love lazy mornings by the fire
  5. Summer because I love going to the beach

 

Elissa

  1. Waitressing in a café situation in an art gallery
  2. Same a Jo’s! A Ford Cortina, except mine was white with a blue pinstripe
  3. Oysters
  4. Late afternoon
  5. Autumn because it is such a beautiful time in Healesville and it makes me feel so lucky to live her

Note- it wasn't until answering these questions that Jo and Elissa realized they both had a Ford Cortina as their first car. AND...we were lucky enough to receive a photo of Elissa with her Cortina.
