Book Week

Thank you to everyone for their support and enthusiasm during Book Week. The winner of the Picture Book Award was ‘Iceberg’ by Jess Racklyeft and the winner of The Book of the Year: Early Childhood section was ‘Jetty Jumping’ written by Andrea Rowe. The winner of the Older Readers Book of the Year was ‘Tiger Daughter’ by Rebecca Lim and the Younger Readers Book of the Year was ‘A Glasshouse of Stars’ written by Shirley Marr. Congratulations to all of the winners.

During the week, our students had a chance to share their favourite books and listened to some beautiful books during daily story time. It was lovely to spend some time truly appreciating some beautiful stories. For those who dressed up, a lot of effort and thought went into their costumes and everyone looked amazing.
