CSEN Athletics

HCC had a team of 60 students take part in CSEN Athletics this year. After a couple of after-school trainings and tryouts, they competed against all of the other 22 CSEN schools on the day.

We came 4th in A Division, after being in C division only 4 years ago! This is a phenomenal effort by all students involved! Some students had a very busy day full of events, whilst others came for one event or even as emergency runners. This showed the strength of our team and is a true testament to our interschool team culture to finish 4th in the top tier of the competition, against much larger schools.

We had many students come back with medals, however a special mention to Lucas Faber who managed to break the U16 Male CSEN High Jump record.
