Dear parents and families,
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome out new OSH Club Educator Ann to St James. She is very excited to begin getting know all parents and children and we are very excited to get to know her.
Our pupil free day on Monday 15th May was an absolute success. I’d just like to remind all families that the running of these pupil free days is subject to the amount of bookings we receive. To ensure that we can have many more fun filled days here at OSH Club next term, please ensure you book your children in when there is a scheduled pupil free day.
I’d also like to say a big thank you to all the families and especially the children at OSH Club for being so understanding with all the changes in our program. I’m sure many of you have enjoyed Jacquie being back at St James, but as I have now finished my teaching rounds, I will be back at the program full-time until the end of Term 2 Holidays.
Please take the upcoming weeks to consider OSH Club Holiday Programs if you require care for your children over the Holiday break. There are many programs in the area that offer excellent excursions and activities. I will be around to answer any questions or simply call the Program phone number and I will do my best to sort out any queries.
Just a Few Reminders:
- Children are required to wear hats and sunscreen this term. Please ensure they bring their hats with them to the service to enable outdoor play. The service will, however, provide the children with sunscreen. We ask that children are reminded to bring their hats, as we don’t allow children to go back to their classrooms for confidentiality reasons.
- For any bookings please log in to your account online at www.oshclub.com.au. Any issues with your online account please contact the St James account manager, Narelle, directly. You can email her at narelle.m@oshclub.com.au or phone her on 03 8564 9027.
- For any on the day bookings, please call the program phone on 0412 570 934 and leave a message. Alternatively you can text the same number.
- Come by and say hello for a chat whenever you like!
