ST JAMES MOTHERS DAY LUNCH

Thank-you to the lovely ladies who came to the annual St James Mothers Day Lunch.

The sun came out for us and the Brighton Yacht club with our beach view was amazing as always. Some rocked the dance floor early making the most of the tracks by DJ Dolly before school pick up.

The photo booth was a big hit and I saw many who mentioned they don't like getting their pic taken, striking a pose and trying all the props on.

The video of the kids sharing their mums embarrassing moment or why they love us and then dancing the way we dance, was lovely and hilarious at the same time. A huge thanks to Annie O'Donoghue and Sue Webb for all their hard work in preparing this.

The after party at Hotel Brighton was a load of fun, with some making it to the midnight closing time.

A big thank-you to Mel Harrington, Sally Burns, Kate Digney and Sarah Wilkinson for all your work for the day, we work as a great team.

Thank-you to those who paid for their tickets early. As you know, organising a day like this takes a lot of preparation and to assist the volunteer organisers, for any future events, it would be greatly appreciated, if all attendees can please pay for their event tickets early.

We now look forward to the Major Fundraiser!
