National Day Against Bullying
The 19th March is the National Day Against Bullying. As part of the activities before the day the eSafety Commissioner has free Parent/Carer webinars available, with a focus on cybersafety.
eSafety's parent guide to cyberbullying and online drama
This webinar will look at how parents and carers can support young people to have safe and respectful online relationships and what to do if things go wrong.
It will cover:
- starting conversations with your child about their online friendships and positive ways to deal with changing relationships
- understanding the rights, laws and community expectations that govern social media use
- where to seek help if your child is involved in a cyberbullying incident.
The webinar will include case studies, research and targeted advice so you can support the young people in your life to have safe, enjoyable online experiences.

Prep Ice Breaker
It is lovely each year to welcome new families to our school community. Thank you to the Parents’ Association for running the Prep Ice Breaker again this year. We look forward to working with our new families for many years to come.
Parent Teacher Conferences
The parent teacher conferences will be held on Wednesday 31st March from 2 to 8pm. Parents will be asked to sign up for their appointments through COMPASS.
Year Six Camp
The Year Six camp headed off last week for Camp Coolamatong. Our camp program is not possible without the support of staff and parents who accompany the students. This year the students were accompanied by the classroom teachers (Ben Parker and Sarah Lee), James Prantzos, Sarah Guilleaume, Dean Napier, Richard Johnston, Hamish Donaldson and Dhanushi Paranagama. We thank all of these adults for their commitment to our students and trust they had a great rest over the long weekend.
End of Term
The last day of Term One is Thursday 1st April. Students will be dismissed at 2:30.
Beginning of Term 2
School resumes on Monday 19th April.
