Year 7 Vaccinations

The first visit from NSW Health Nurses for 2021 is scheduled for next Thursday, 4th March. This service is only available to students who have completed and returned the Vaccination Consent Card that was provided in your enrolment pack.

Consent Cards are to be returned to me in Student Reception. 

Parents will be notified by email for students from previous years who may require a catch up dose. 

Replacement consent cards can be also be obtained from Student Reception upon request.
