We welcome you to the newest section of our newsletter, delivering highlights and information on Digi Tech at OGPS. Each week, the Digi Tech Team will be showcasing something in this space, to give families and the community an insight into our Digi Tech vision for OGPS. 

This may include what Digi Tech looks like in different year levels at OGPS, student work samples, cyber safety information, links to relevant, interesting news articles and iPad tips to try.   

With the latest lockdown having many of us in front of screens a little more (including our children) and the social media platform ‘Tik Tok’ in the news this week – it’s a timely reminder to step back and think about our own online safety. 

The eSafety Commissoner’s Parents page is a fantastic resource that is updated regularly. It contains a range of valuable resources for parents about managing online safety in the home, tips and information about popular apps and virtual webinars to join.
