Throughout 2021, your head office has been running blog ads across social media. Using a mix of lifestyle and real estate focused content, we are putting the First National brand in front of people, positioning our network as not only an industry leader, but also a network that understands the lifestyles of our consumers.

 

Since the start of the year, our blog ads have generated upwards of 1,780,000 impressions.

Sea Change/Tree Change National Digital Campaign

 

For upwards of a year now, one of the major trends in our industry has been the growing exodus from the major cities, as city-dwellers look to capture the sea changes and tree changes that they have been dreaming of, that are now possible as a result of more flexible working conditions. Our Sea Change/Tree Change digital campaign served as a highly relevant piece of advertising during a record-breaking time for our industry. 

 

During its run, the national campaign generated over 1,450,000 impressions across social media.

First Home Buyer National Digital Campaign

To take advantage of the growing trend of first home buyers entering in the property market, as a result of expanded government incentives, your national head office recently undertook a digital campaign geared to encourage those looking to enter the property market to get in touch with their local First National office for more information. A mix of creatives were used, including a video, static creative, and an infographic detailing the incentives available on a state-by-state basis. This campaign enabled offices to receive additional leads, and gives you the opportunity to create a relationship with an individual looking to be involved in the market for years to come.

 

During its run, the national campaign generated over 1,570,000 impressions across social media.

TVC - Online

In order to utilise our brand new television commercial beyond simply regional television, we are also running this as an ad across YouTube, BVOD and Facebook Video.

 

Since our new television has started running across online platforms, it has generated upwards of 2,130,000 impressions across social media.



ABC News

Scott Lowe of First National Real Estate Hedland (Port Hedland, WA), was recently interviewed by ABC News about rising rental prices in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, primarily looking at the effect mining and domestic tourism has had on the market. Our network continues to make a mark on Channel 9's hit lifestyle program, Country House Hunters Australia. After First National Real Estate Ranges (Belgrave, Victoria) had three outstanding listings showcased on episode 13, First National Real Estate Kingston (Kingston, Tasmania) are set to have some listings of their own featured in an upcoming episode.
