The 2022 tertiary application process opened at 9.00 am Monday 2nd August. 

Year 12 students wishing to apply for tertiary study have until 5.00 pm 30th September 2021 to submit their course preferences via VTAC (Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre). 

Year 12 students attended the annual VTAC briefing on Thursday 29th July where detailed information was presented, including details on the SEAS and Scholarship applications. 

SEAS – Special Entry Access Scheme

The Special Entry Access Scheme (SEAS) allows selection officers to grant special consideration for course entry to students whose education has been impacted under the following categories

Category 1: Personal information and location

Category 2: Disadvantaged financial background

Category 3: Disability or medical condition

Category 4: Difficult circumstances

Details on how to apply and provide supporting statements was presented at the Year 12 VTAC briefing.  Students may apply for any/all categories for which they meet the eligibility. 

Closing date for SEAS applications is 5.00 pm Friday 8th October 2021

Scholarships

Students are encouraged to submit a VTAC Scholarship application by the deadline which is also 5.00 pm Friday 8th October 2021

As we enter the final months of VCE Year 12 students have unlimited access to Career’s support - parents also are welcome to contact Careers to discuss their students application and pathways. 

ATAR and offers

Students will receive their ATAR at 7.00 am on Monday 13th December – they will have until 4.00 pm the following day, Tuesday 14th December to make any changes to their preference list with December tertiary offers being released on Monday 20th December. Offer rounds will continue throughout Jan/Feb 2022.

Course and subject selection

Year 10 students will be attending their final course and subject selection ‘sign-off’ sessions commencing Wednesday 4th August 2021. 

Students will individually meet with a Pathway team member to discuss and make final approve their Senior Years program.
