IDAHOBIT Day

The International Day against Homophobia, Transphobia, Interphobia and Biphobia

On May, 17 the College celebrated IDAHOBIT day - The International Day against Homophobia, Transphobia, Interphobia and Biphobia.

We held a Pride market day for our students in partnership with Headspace and Switchboard.

The VCAL students ran a BBQ and the Wellbeing, SRC and Interact Teams, organised, face painting, stickers, giveaways, games, displays, a photo booth, community artwork, dancing and music.

Our teachers wore stickers in support of our LGBTIQ students and across the school we shared the message that discrimination of any kind is not welcome at our College.
