NEW - 2020 FETE
On Friday the 13th we held our biannual fete. Even though the sky’s opened, the fete was well attended and it was still a successful and fun night.
To prepare for any event like this, it takes months of planning. This year we had a fete sub-committee, ran by Kim Smith. This structure worked really well, as it helped spread the work load around. The Fete Sub Committee as a whole did an amazing job and on behalf of the P&F I would like to acknowledge and thank -
Kim Smith, Jane Vraca, Nathan Weis, Leisha Smith, Mel Campbell, Shona Hotchkiss, Vanessa Sleeth, Bron Huggard.
We had 18 independent stall holders, which included -
Gc Nuts and Confectionary, Crafts by Love, Made by Kel & Bel, Body Shop (Samantha Forsyth), Tepee Boutique Party Hire, Intimo (Cindy Dunn), Neck Cooler & Caravan Goods (Judi Lang), Succulents, Glenda's Dream Catchers and Crafts, House to Home, Park Lane Jewellery, Marbelicious, Expresso Coffee Van (Paul Brown), Hodges Camels, NotreDame Immersion Group Party Time Jumping Castles (Leonie Simpson), Big Games supplied by Council - ran by Notredame students.
It was wonderful to have all of these stall holders to help support our school.
Hodges camels were walking non stop, so they proved to be an awesome attraction. The sumo suits were a lot of fun, with the thrill of taking down your challenger and claiming the win. The mighty crocodile jumping castle was bouncing all night long, with lots of fun laughter coming out of the basketball courts.
The retail community provided us with some amazing raffle prizes, with a total of 61 prizes in total, making it our most successful raffle ever. Thank you to our microphone jockeys for keeping us entertained and drawing the raffle tickets all night - Mr Butts, Ryan from Rossignoli Real Estate, Kim Smith & Kylie Glover.
We would like to thank the school community for helping us raise around $7000, which will go directly back into the school for extra resources and equipment for our children.
The P&F help provide many things for the school, so events like these are extremely important to help us achieve our goals. We hope everyone had as much fun as we did, a huge thank you for your continued support.

FETE - Special Thanks
I would personally love to thank all the volunteers, the fete committee & the parents and friends committee for all the many hours and hard work put into coordinating our Fete.
The Fete Sub Committee put in a huge effort to pull it all together, which helped make it a very successful night. Although we had a little rain, people stayed around to enjoy the night, with lots of fun, kids laughing and being involved and the whole school coming together as a community.
Thank you also to all the many businesses who not only donated to our raffle, but also donated goods and services to help make it a huge success.
Thank you to all our families for your continued support, our bi-annual Fete was a great night.

Our AGM will be held on -
- Tuesday 21st April.
We would love to see some new faces join us to help with new ideas & help provide social events for our students and families along with fundraising opportunities to assist with providing those little extras for all our students here at St Mary's.
We are a small group of parents who love to see the enjoyment our events and activities and funds raised, bring to our children, but as we are all busy working parents, we really do need some extra help to come on board to help and support our wonderful Parents & Friends Association.
