Lower North Coast Junior Dance Ensemble Selection

Congratulations to Cleo Perrin for successfully auditioning for the 2023 Lower North Coast Junior Dance Ensemble! Over the next month, Cleo will be working hard to learn and refine a dance work to be performed at the LNC Dance Festival in Port Macquarie later this term. She will also be performing in two school dance items and we cannot wait to cheer her on! We are so proud of your effort and determination Cleo.

Preston Kelly

Congratulation to Preston Kelly on his recent achievements.

Early this term Preston was 1 of 20 boys selected to represent the NSW Clontarf Rugby League team. The team traveled to Townsville to play Queensland in a Clontarf State of Origin match, which was the curtain raiser for the NRL match between the Cowboys & the Dragons. The game was won by NSW, 28 - 16.

Also selected & pictured in the Clontarf NSW team are two Melville High Students - Kaeden Kelly & Zailen Campbell Cook. What a great achievement having 3 young men from Kempsey selected. Congratulations to all!

Preston was also selected to represent the Northern NSW Combined High School Rugby League Team, playing in Wollongong trying out for a spot in the NSW CHS Team and we wish him the best of luck.
