Year 7 Vaccinations - How to obtain your record

How can I access a vaccination record on the Australian Immunisation Registry (AIR)?

You can access a vaccination record on the AIR in several ways:

• print a copy of your (or your child’s) Immunisation History Statement from your myGov account
• call the AIR on 1800 653 809
• this link will generate a certificate to be sent to the address registered at AIR https://www1.medicareaustralia.gov.au/ssl/acircirgcert#1
• email air@humanservices.gov.au
• visit a Medicare or Centrelink office
• visit your GP or local council immunisation service.

If you have one, make sure you have your (or your child’s) Medicare card with you. People not eligible for a Medicare card may also access the AIR.

A reminder that the booster vacinnation will be on:

·         24/10/2019 for Year 7 final dose Gardasil 9 = 1 injection

Collecting Students Early

If you are collecting students early please ensure to allow enough time for staff to retrieve students from their Learning Communities.  This can take longer than expected especially if they are in Specialists Subjects and not in their learning Community.  If you are able, please call the office prior and advise them of the collection time and we will do our best to have them ready for you when you arrive.

Paying for Excursions, School Activities or Camps

All permissions and payments for excursions, school activities, camps and incursions will be sent to families via a Compass Event.   Families are requested to make payment and sign digital consent per event through COMPASS.  Please let the office know if you need assistance with this or if you do not have  your login and password details.

Please note that there are many wonderful and educational events organised by the staff each year for the students. All excursions, Sporting Events, Incursions and Camps organised are aligned with the Victorian Curriculum and it is the expectation that all students will attend to their fullest capabilities unless medically unable to do so.
