PTF GENERAL MEETING MINUTES

3rd May 2021

First of all THANK YOU to all the wonderful parents/grandparents/staff who helped out on the Working Bee last term.  After all the hard work the school grounds look AMAZING.  We are currently planning another working bee,  date to be advised. 

FUNDRAISING 

Selling Coffee at Boggabri Rugby League Home Games

For Term 2 and 3 we will be selling Coffee at the home games at the football.  We are needing helpers to man the coffee machine from around 11.00/11.30am until the games are finished. If you are able to help, can you please contact Heike Watson, our Coffee Machine coordinator, on 0488 434 263. Dads are most welcome to help!!

Cooking BBQ at Mines 

If anyone is interested in cooking a BBQ out at the mines to raise money for the school can you please contact Kate Gough and she will give you more details.  

Canteen

We are in need of a helper for Canteen. Please if you can help out in anyway while Nan Fran is away can you please call Leah Rees on 0488 048 625.  Otherwise the canteen will be closed for the dates we are unable to get any helpers.

MOTHER'S DAY BREAKFAST & RAFFLE

AMAZING, DELICOUS, LOVELY were the words that were echoed by all after the Mother's Day Breakfast last Thursday. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Sacred Heart for arranging this event. All of the mothers, grandmothers and aunts certainly left feeling very special.

Many thanks to everyone who purchased tickets in the Mother's Day Raffle.
