WHAT A WAY TO FINISH THE TERM!!!
We had a fabulous turn out to our event, Sculptures by the School. Parents and Grandparents braved the wind, rain and cold to view the year 1/2's creative designs. The kids were so proud and excitedly showed off their masterpieces.
A big thank you to Jackie Hobbs, Peggy Olsson and Ryan Lamond for all their behind the scenes help and support.
2000 Sydney Olympic Torch Display
It's been 20 years since the Olympics were held in Sydney, and our very own local stalwart, Mr Bill Crook was one of the torch runners when it passed through Merredin all those years ago. Mr Crook kindly loaned his torch to our school for the day. The students and staff were thrilled to experience an important piece of history.
