Webber House

It is fitting that at this time of the year we introduce our new Webber House Captains to lead us through Term 4 and 2017. I am very proud to introduce Jessica Vesperman and Mitchell Wadley.

Hi, my name is Jess Vesperman and I am one of the Webber House Captains for 2017. I have been a member of the wider Mater Dei community since Kindergarten back in 2005 and I am looking forward to finishing school in 2017 and beginning the next chapter in my life. I was born in Sydney and later moved to Wagga Wagga to start my schooling. I have an older brother who completed his HSC this year and has been of great help throughout my schooling life. My hopes and dreams for my final year of school are to try my absolute best and to accomplish everything I put my mind to.  At the moment, I am hoping to go to University after school and study a Bachelor of Business or Event Management, but there is always a chance of changing my mind and choosing a different pathway for myself. A couple of my interests are playing Netball and playing Piano. I always enjoy the company of my family and friends. I am very excited to commence my final year of school with the great group of people in my year and can't wait to see what the future holds.

My name is Mitchell Wadley and I am one of the Webber House Captains for 2017. I am 16 years old and I was born in Wagga Wagga. I have two sisters, the eldest is twenty years old and a University student at Charles Sturt, and my younger is 12 years old, in Year 6 at Mater Dei Primary School. I love to play football during the winter and I enjoy playing basketball and going water-skiing during the summer. I plan on finishing school and studying Physiotherapy or Sports Science at University. My hope for next year is to achieve the best possible result and enjoy my last year of schooling. I would like to thank Mrs Bright and the rest of the Mater Dei Leadership Team for the opportunity I have been given to create an inclusive environment within Webber and the wider Mater Dei community.
