WORLD MISSION MILKSHAKE FUNDRAISER

This year’s focus was on the children of Cambodia and the theme is “Just as you did it to the least of these you did it to me.” Matthew 25:40. More information on World Mission Month can be found HERE.   

This Wednesday Year 12 students and the Social Justice Team ran the Mission Milkshake Fundraiser and raised just over $600.00 that will go to the Children of Cambodia through Catholic Mission. Well done! Thank you to the students and staff that brought in the resources to make the milkshakes.

YEAR 12 RETREAT 2017

Students met to discuss their Year 12 Retreat that occurs next year during Week 4, Term 1. Students were given a permission note and this note was also emailed to parents. The note is attached below.

This is the first Youth Mass run by our 2016 Year 12 Leaders. Pizza and drinks will follow Mass in the foyer.

PRAYER FOR THE CHILDREN OF CAMBODIA

We pray for all children of Cambodia.

The children that have disabilities

and do not receive a full education.

May they be loved and cared for.

We pray for our Mater Dei community,

that we may always share in the

mission of Jesus in bringing fullness

of life to all God’s children.

We ask this prayer through Christ our Lord, AMEN.
