Hello all,

Here is a little bit of information about our upcoming House Athletics Day.

It is on Tuesday the 29th of March at Coburg Athletics Track. We also have a backup day booked a week later on the 5th of April just in case of bad weather. I’ve added the timetable for the day, broken into the Junior and Senior Carnivals for your reference.

I’m putting a call out for helpers for the day to make it run as smoothly as possible. If you are available and would like to volunteer please let me know what times you are available and if you would like to help with the Junior (P-2) or Senior Carnival (3-6).

I will also need some helpers in the morning, at the Coburg Athletics Track, to help set up before students get there. If you can do either or both please email me. Please also let me know if the office already has a copy of your Working With Children’s Check. If we do not currently have a record of your WWC, can you please send it through and I can forward it onto the office for our records. All parent helpers on the day must complete a OHS induction either at the office prior to Athletics day or on Athletics day at the ground.
