Principal's Message
The measure of your life will not be in what you accumulate, but in what you give away.
Easter
Easter is a time when we celebrate Christ's resurrection from the dead. It is celebrated on Sunday, and marks the end of Holy Week, the end of Lent, the last day of the Easter Triduum (Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday), and the beginning of the Easter season of the liturgical year.
As stated in the Gospels, Jesus Christ rose from the dead on the third day following his crucifixion, which was Sunday. His resurrection announces the triumph of good over evil, sin and death.
Since Easter also represents the fulfillment of God's promises to mankind and it is the most important holiday on the Catholic liturgical calendar.
Reporting to Parents
During the first two weeks of Term 2, parents will be invited to attend a parent/teacher meeting to discuss their children's progress. During the meeting, the parents will be given their children's Term 1 Interim Report.
In 2019 and beyond, both the parent interviews and issuing of interim reports will occur during the last two weeks of Terms 1 and 3. As in previous years, detailed reports will be issued at the end of Terms 2 & 4.
An on-line schedule link will be included in next week's newsletter so that parents can select their time slots

Important Message
From Pam Tuckett (Branch Librarian Dianella Library) -
The start to the school year has highlighted our shared access to the school through the staff carpark. We have many parents and children wandering through the staff carpark when staff are trying to park in the morning. I wonder if you could remind them to use the footpath.
Although the area is well signed, parents continue to allow their children to play in the library loading bay whilst chatting in the drive way access to the loading area. It would be most appreciated if you could remind parents and children that this is not a play area.
Thank you for your support with the above.
Police Newsletter
Congratulations our wonderful P&F Team - see attached article.
Canteen Helpers
Urgent - assistance required in the canteen. Please volunteer and assist Rosie in the canteen. Your support is greatly appreciated!
On a Lighter Note..................

It is been a very difficult day for me, but there is always a return match. You're all welcome to play the attached YouTube clip, but i suggest you don't.
Wishing you all a safe and relaxing Easter Break. School returns on Wednesday 4 April,
