Year One News

This week the Year One students reflected on Term Three. We talked about how much we have learnt, as well as how independent and tech-savvy we have become. We talked about year-level and class games at check-ins, reminisced about the disco, having a special guest and how we are enjoying Specialist Family Fun Week. The list goes on! They expressed how they liked to wake up a bit later, wear free-dress and chat with their friends. Many also said that they enjoyed the time they had working with their parents. Here are some more of our favourite moments:

Max - My favourite part of remote learning has been PE.

Chloe - My favourite part of remote learning has been talking to our friends in chat time.

Emily - I like the Specialist family fun week because I love the activities

Nicholas - I liked the disco because we could dance.

Lachlan - I really liked doing the activities.

Hugh - I liked the challenge of doing it all by myself.

Olive - I liked that we wrote our own book (narrative story) and did Maths.

Zoe - I like waking up later and learning Phonics, Maths and Reading.
