Parish News

We are committed to the safety, wellbeing and dignity of all children and vulnerable adults.

Dear Parishioners,

Hope you are all keeping well. The announcement from the Premier regarding the restriction has been upsetting for some but I suppose this is for the safety of everyone.  The new infection rates are promising and we can hope to gather as families in some form soon.

We hold all of you who are struggling during this hard lockdown period.

Some important news and updates as follows:

Children’s Liturgy is online now

Children’s liturgy is going online from this weekend. Children will meet with Anthony, our children’s liturgy coordinator on a secure online platform and discuss the day's scripture as they would normally do if they were meeting at church.

Parents who wish to have their children join children’s liturgy need to complete a form online.

Please see the details below as to how you could join.

We will send you a link to join the classroom once we have your consent form.

Details to remember:

Start date - 13th September 2020

Time - 10.30 am to 11.00 am

Link to submit a request form to join here (the point is we want to make a safe online environment for children)

As always, Children’s liturgy will be interactive. This will be a great opportunity for your child/ren to join. Please share it with families with child/ren. We have already received 19 sign ups.

Online Prayer Gathering

We began our online prayer gathering via ‘zoom program’. It was a good time for reflection and social catch up. This happens every Thursday 10:30 am to 11:30 am. This will be led by Bernadette Carr. Census Card 2020 (Reminder)

We request you to take some time to fill out this Census Card. In case you have made a  mistake you can correct anytime through the link. We are receiving good responses.
