Tournament of Minds

Tournament of Minds has come to an end for 2020. This year has been one for the books and one that everyone could not anticipate. 

Last Wednesday the teams submitted their videos for submission. We have recently received the results and we are all extremely proud. 

One of our senior teams, Rabid Mongooses, received a distinction award. This means their performance was in the top 10% of all Senior Language Literature performances. We would like to congratulate this team on their hard work and success. 

Our Junior Social Science team, Jalapeno Boogy, and our Senior Social Science team, Shaguapipi, both received an honours award, placing them in the top 30% of their division. Congratulations to these two teams for all your efforts. 

Our second Junior Social Science team, The Spud Squad received a participation award. Well done to this team for their hard work. 

I would like to thank all the students, student helpers and teachers, for their dedication to TOM this year. Mrs Viv Bath and I are extremely grateful for all the work you put in and very proud of your efforts this year. 

We are looking forward to next year already, in a hope that TOM will be back to normal.
