Parents and Friends Update
A big thank you goes to Megan Sieh and Karyn Lu for organizing the Term 3 Head Lice Checks last Friday. This program would not be possible without the ongoing dedication and support of parent volunteers. Thank you Megan and Karyn for coordinating everything and to Jess, Jen, Nileema, Rick, Liz, Olivia, Sarah, Lisa, Heidi, Fon and Karen M thank you for volunteering your time to help.
Thank you to the Taubert family for harvesting produce from the garden. We raised $25.70 from ticket sales. Raffle tickets are available for purchase in the courtyard each Friday before assembly.
Our student disco is this Friday August 2nd!! Whoop! Please see the calendar in this newsletter for timing. The theme for this year will be ‘Rainbow’ for Kindergarten & Junior School. And for Senior School there is no theme, so senior students are welcome to dress up however they choose. Entry is $5 at the door for school students and $3 for kindergarten students. Thank you to Hayley and Karen for coordinating the event this year. It’s going to be a fun night!
We will hold our next P&F meeting at 6pm on Thursday August 8th. Everyone is welcome to come along and hear about upcoming events, your input is very welcome.

- Bakers Delight Brentford Square are proud supporters of our school and kinder. When purchasing from their store if you mention MPRPS&K before you pay a percentage of your sale will be donated back to our school and kindergarten. Thanks to Greg and his team for their ongoing support.
- Jess Sterritt Walker is our Community Support Representative. If you need a little extra support please don’t hesitate to contact Jess. And if you are able to offer support (perhaps you can cook some meals or do some grocery shopping for a family in need) Jess will add you to her database of volunteers – email mprps.community@gmail.com
