Change in Staff

Dear Parents and Friends of St. Anthony’s

St Anthony’s Tennis Club is pleased to announce two exciting new changes at the Club.

Firstly, we have completed the installation of two new synthetic grass courts. As some of you may have seen, the  new courts are open and ready for play.  The club welcomes members and non-members to join in our social and competition play on a weekly basis, and to partake in our extensive coaching program. The courts and the club house are also available for hire.

Secondly, we are very pleased to announce the signing of Patti Katz as the club's new Head Tennis Coach.  Our current providers, Futures Tennis Academy, chose not to renew their contract with the club and hence we were very lucky to secure the services of Patti. 

Patti has spent the last ten years coaching at Boroondara Tennis Centre before moving over this side of town, and comes to us with a wealth of tennis coaching experience and knowledge.  Patti is a current member of the tennis coaches' association, attends all of their training days, and has coached her son to the professional ranks.

Patti will be offering lunchtime and after school coaching for all ages and abilities, every day of the week, and weekends.  Patti is also eager to start ladies clinics, adult group lessons, and even cardio tennis for those just wanting to hit balls and get fit.

Should your child already be enrolled in our coaching program and you wish them to continue, Patti is happy to offer you the same day and time you currently have.

Patti has also kindly offered a free half hour introductory lesson for you or your child to help everyone on their tennis journey.
