Reports

nFormat Parent Portal, Semester 2 2019

As in Semester One we will be using the nForma Parent Portal for you to receive your child’s Semester Two report. Reports will be available online for you to view on Friday 13th December.

It is recommended that you download your child’s report to a home computer or device to keep a personal copy. This is important for parents of Year Six students or students who are leaving St Anthony’s.

Please use the following link to login-to the Parent Portal:

Once in the portal you will need to:

Select your child 

Select  'Assessment and Reporting'

Select the year and semester

For parents who have used the nForma Parent Portal for Semester One reports:

To access reports, use the  Parent Portal link above, enter your USER NAME - your email address - and then type the password you set last semester. 

If you have changed your email address since Semester One it is very important that you advise the school immediately of your new email address as all information will be attached to the old email address.  The onus is on YOU to contact the office with your new email address otherwise you will not be able to access the reports.

Forgotten Passwords

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the 'Forgotten password' link on the Parent Portal login screen. Please note that your new password will need to be at least 7 characters long and must include at least one non alpha-numeric character, e.g. *, - / or similar. 

If you have requested a password reset and the email does not appear, please look in your junk/spam folder for an email from no-reply@nforma.com.au

For parents who are new to the school this semester:

Instructions on how to access the nForma Parent Portal will be sent to the email addresses that you have supplied to the school. These emails will be sent out on Friday 13th December.  The automated email containing instructions and login details will come from no-reply@nforma.com.au and not the school.  If you do not receive the email on the given date, please ensure that you check your junk/spam folder for an email from that address.
