Recycling unwanted items

As we approach the end of the year, think about where your old school items are going:

  • Old school runners can be recycled at Waterfall Gully Preschool.
  • Old Textas a pens can go the Officeworks.

The Liz Walker Exhibition

In February 2023 we are participating in the Liz Walker exhibition at Point Nepean, in the Foul Luggage Room. This exhibition is funded by a Mornington Peninsula Shire Creative Community Grant. We need some materials for our piece, so I ask our wonderful families to please collect small plastics/metal items off the beach this summer and bring them into school during the first week back.

Nude Food and Bin Free

A reminder that we are a ‘nude food’ and a rubbish bin free school. Please think about what’s going into your child’s lunch box. Many families do this really well. Our awards this year and our achievements over the last four years are underpinned on our nude food and no bins in the school grounds practices. It’s a great achievement and parents support with                                                                             this initiative are imperative for ongoing success and                                                                         a healthy environment.
