What a fabulous time we had at the F-2 House Athletics Carnival! Students enjoyed the 8 rotations, including sack races, long jump, javelin throw, relay races and the ever popular Battendi - a modified version of an Indigenous game.

It was a sea of colour in the afternoon for the level sprints! Houses were chanting for their teams. Everyone participated in a sprint race and everyone received a ribbon! Foundation teachers were impressed with the way everyone had a go at running as fast as they could.

We ended the day with the traditional egg toss for the Level 6 House Captains. It was a bit messy-but all in good fun!

A great day was had by all!

What a highlight-The Rangeview School Fair! An absolutely amazing community event supported by families, students and of course the P and F! Lots of students attended and had a ball. Check out some of the recount writing we did.

Foundation have been using their critical and creative thinking skills during Maths sessions. We’ve had STEM challenges-building the tallest lighthouse, exploring directional coding with Bee Bots, Maths games and problem-solving activities.

Congratulations to Aayush for placing 1st in the public speaking competition at Mt Pleasant Rd Primary School. What an amazing effort!

Have a great week!
