Deakin Res Scholarship

At Deakin Res, we’re delighted to announce brand new HEPPP funded scholarships for 2023, and applications are open now! These scholarships are for our beautiful Melbourne Burwood, Geelong Waurn Ponds and Geelong Waterfront campuses, and we hope it will make living on Res and studying at Deakin accessible for a wider range of people, allowing students to enjoy our inclusive, supportive and vibrant on-campus accommodation. These stand alongside our existing scholarship offerings for students attending the Warrnambool campus. The scholarships are worth up to $12,000 toward rental costs, and are open to domestic undergraduate students who satisfy one or more of the HEPPP eligibility criteria: low-socio-economic status, being from a remote or regional background or being an Indigenous or Torres Strait Islander person. Eligible students can submit an application via Deakin’s scholarship portal, and need to also apply for Deakin Res. Applications for the scholarships close on 9 January 2023.
