3D Printing Club

3D printing club focuses on developing the students 3D design skills. It helps students to develop their spatial reasoning while designing their 3D creations. Students learn how to take their designs from TinkerCad and print them on the 3D printers. Students follow the design process: Ask, Imagine, Design, Build

Students begin by drawing and labelling their design. They include measurements and shape details.

Expert 3D Printing Club

During Term 4, the Expert 3D Printing Club took on an engineering challenge. They   explored their classroom to find problems that they could fix. They followed the engineering design process to produce a prototype on Tinkercad.

Students noticed that teachers had pens and pencils all over desks, so they thought a stationary organiser is the solution.

Students also thought how could they get away with eating lollies during class. Why not create secretive lolly dispensers.
