  Ninja Gym

Year 3 students visited Reach Gymnastics in Pakenham for our Inquiry Investigation Unit 'I am an Entrepreneur'. Students had the opportunity to chat with Bec, the owner of Reach Gymnastics , and learn about the different obstacles she had to overcome to become a successful entrepreneur. Students rotated through different activities during the day and got to bring out their inner gymnastics skills when playing on the gym equipment.

                              Melbourne Museum

Year 3 students visited Melbourne Museum to support their understanding of our Inquiry unit ‘I am an Historian’. The students spent the day exploring a range of exhibitions throughout the museum, including the First Peoples exhibition.  The First Peoples Yulendj Group of Elders and community representatives have brought their knowledge, stories, culture, objects and images to guide the exhibition's development.

Young Engineers Incursion 

Year 3 Students participated in the Young Engineers Incursion to support their understanding of the Inquiry Topic 'I am an Engineer'. Students used lego to build a carousel then coded on an iPad to make it move. 

Camp Oasis

Year 3 students attended  their very first school camp to Oasis Camp, located in the beautiful surroundings of the Australian bush in Mount Evelyn. This fun filled camp consisted of different activities such as candle making, reptile house, indoor rock climbing, crate climbing and many more.
