CSEF - applications closing

Please note that CSEF (Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund) applications are open for 2022.

Eligibility Date 

For concession card holders CSEF eligibility will be subject to the parent/carer concession card being validated successfully with Centrelink on the first day of either term one (31 January 2022) or term two (26 April 2022).

CSEF payment amounts

The CSEF is an annual payment to the school to be used towards camps, sports and/or excursion expenses for the benefit of the eligible student. 

• Secondary school student rate: $225 per year

We require a new application in 2022 for families who:

• Have a new sibling that has started with Melton Secondary College this year
• Have a new Health Care/Pension Card entitlement
• Are new to Melton Secondary College

We will automatically reapply for CSEF for existing families who were in receipt of CSEF during 2021 and whose circumstances have not changed.

You may apply in one of two ways:

• Present to the front office with your Health Care/Pension card and complete an application form
• See attached document, complete form, and return via email with a copy of the Health Care/Pension card to:  melton.sc@education.vic.gov.au
