Students Representatives on Interview Panels

Rokaya  & Yvannah  of Year 8 were the first students to participate in a new College initiative where student leaders from across the school participate in interview panels for prospective staff members. 

This opportunity allows students to actively participate in selecting the kinds of staff members that they believe will be beneficial to the learning and wellbeing of students across the College, and provides a valuable student perspective on applicants to our school. Both Rokaya and Yvannah conducted themselves very professionally and give insightful feedback to the interview panel. 

As Student Voice and Agency Leader, I am very excited about the contribution that this initiative and the students involved will make to our school community.
