Election Day Bake Sale results

The Parents & Friends election day bake stall was a huge success! 

Tables were laden with tasty treats to tempt the many voters in line. While there were long queues to vote, no one had to wait to buy a lemon slice, cupcake, gingerbread, or other yummy baked goods for sale.

NMPS P&F raised $3,250 for school projects thanks to the generosity of dozens of families who baked for the stall. We have some amazing bakers in our community! There was everything from healthy bliss balls to indulgent chocolate fudge and a three-tier cake with mascarpone raspberry icing. Yum!

A HUGE thanks to all our bakers and to those on the P&F who helped plan and promote the event. A special call out to Katrien and Alice for coordinating it. And to Gen, Cassia, Lucy, Harry, Nina, Emily, Mona, Zola, Marta, Laura, Louise, Sophia, Callan, Jed, and Pete for setting up, sales, and pack up (and Dave and Warwick who helped wrestle down the marquee).
