Whoops (woof) we forgot...

Don't forget me!
Don't forget me!

One member of our staff was miffed that she was not included in the biographies last week. Can you guess who it was? Yes, Daisy wanted to make sure that everyone knows what a valued member of our school community she is.  Daisy is seven and a half years old and has been at school for the same time as the Year 6s.  She enjoys walking with her family, the beach, chasing banksia flowers and staff room lunches.

She contributes to creating a positive school environment by...

A. eating unwanted food she finds in the corridor

B. listening to children read

C. being available for hugs and pats

D. did we say eating unwanted food?

We are very lucky that Daisy is part of the school. She has been very helpful the past week helping one of our new Prep students transition into the classroom after play. Watching this child give Daisy a twice-daily gentle pat and then skip off to class has been very rewarding.

Daisy wishes everyone a great year and says if there are any unwanted treats she is willing to help out with them.
